What critics thought
Critics largely dismissed Rush Hour 3 as a creatively bankrupt retread of the first two films, with most finding the Paris setting no substitute for fresh material or energy. A small handful of contrarians admitted to finding modest, undemanding fun in the chemistry between Chan and Tucker, but even they couldn't mount much of a defense.
